Deconstruct is born out of an idea of Alessandro Lorenzelli, who has more than 25 years of experience at international level in market advisory and business consulting – for SMEs and global blue chip companies alike – gathered in leading professional services firms, in Italy and abroad.
Alessandro is a market strategist with 25 years’ international experience spanning the research, consulting and professional services ecosystem. He has worked for companies such as Datamonitor, Gartner, IDC and EY, in Italy and abroad.
As an adjunct professor at the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute in Florence, he teaches US students International Marketing Strategy and Consumer Insights courses.
Born and raised in Tuscany, well travelled, Alessandro lives in Milano and did spend years working and living in London and South America. He speaks four languages and enjoys being a professional photographer and a not-so-professional snowboarder.

Minna is an experienced Marketing Consultant helping technology companies build international growth and marketing strategies. Specialising in B2B software (SaaS), ICT, and digital marketing, she has over 15 years of international marketing leadership experience in the global learning and talent management software industry. During her international career, she has worked for companies based in Italy, Finland, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
Originally from Finland, Minna has also lived in Hong Kong, before settling down in Northern Italy. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Finnish and has a good knowledge of German and Swedish.
Minna is used to working with geographically distributed, global teams, and loves to learn about different cultures… with a specific interest in food.
Alexandra Godown was born and raised in the United States in South Florida. Currently in her third year at Pace University in New York, she is pursuing a dual degree in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications and Information Systems. She has already worked on international assignments in market research, out of home advertising, social media management, and content creation.
She loves to explore different fields of work, however she is focusing on corporate marketing management and sustainable business as a future trajectory.
During her free time, Alexandra enjoys travelling and exploring the world. She recently studied in Italy, learnt some Italian, and got a sheer number of new European stamps on her passport.
